Supplemental Placement - (Temporary) Do you need additional staff for a large project or to cover for someone on leave? Then this option is perfect for you! Our stringent, 10 point hiring process allows Essential Personnel to hire only the most qualified individuals that walk through the door. We want to be sure we place the right person the first time!
Transitional Placement - (Temp-to-Hire) Our transitional placement option gives you the flexibility to see the candidate perform on the job. This is a risk free opportunity to find the candidate that is right for you. The employee will work for your company for a predetermined period of time, following this, if you feel that the candidate is a fit for your organization, you are free to hire the candidate.
Direct Placement - (Full-Time) Essential Personnel’s direct placement program allows you to take full advantage of our in depth recruiting, interviewing and screening process. Once we have conducted our in depth assessment of the candidate, we will present their qualifications to you. We will only present qualified candidates that meet the job description and requirements that you provide. Once you inform us of your intent to hire this employee, he/she will begin on your payroll immediately. A service charge will be billed to your company based on the employee's first year salary.
Managed Services – Creating a partnership between Essential Personnel and your company is the basis of this service.
