Supplemental Placement - (Temporary) This allows employees to work an assignment for a temporary period. This will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and work in a variety of settings.
Transitional Placement - (Temp-to-Hire) Employees are able to transition into a full-time career with this option, by testing out a new job before they are hired. The employee works at one of our client companies for a set period of time, with the option to become our client's fulltime employee.
Direct Placement - (Full-Time) Essential Personnel will seek out employers that are looking for candidates with your specific skills and interest. We will arrange for interviews that place you in the career you desire.
